This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders for both our food and art & craft categories within India. Please note that order processing time and delivery time are separate. You will receive an order confirmation followed by delivery or tracking details once your order is shipped.
Food Orders: Prepared by verified home chefs in Bangalore and scheduled for same-day delivery. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once preparation begins.
Art & Craft Orders: Processed within 2–5 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. You will receive tracking details once shipped.
Delays may occur due to high order volumes, holidays, weather, or courier issues. Homakes will keep you informed in such cases.
Food delivery is currently available within Bangalore city limits. Delivery partners pick up directly from chefs and deliver to customers within 45–90 minutes. Live order tracking is available via app or SMS. Free or promotional delivery may apply in select areas.
If the recipient is unreachable or refuses delivery, the order may not be eligible for refund once preparation has begun.
Homakes ships art & craft products nationwide across India using trusted courier partners. Shipping costs are auto-calculated at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier serviceability.

Homakes delivers food only within Bangalore and art & craft products across most PIN codes in India. If your area is non-serviceable, you will be notified during checkout or contacted with alternate delivery options.
